By playing Pit Prophet you agree to these terms and to the game rules.
Pit Prophet is a free game for entertainment. There's no purchase, entry fee or wagering, and points have no cash value. Pit Prophet is not a sportsbook and is not gambling.
You must be at least 13 years old. One account per person.
Your account lives on your phone as a secret recovery code. Keep it safe: anyone with it can use your account, and if you lose it and your phone, we can't recover your account.
Don't pick names that are offensive or that impersonate others, don't cheat or automate play, and don't try to break or overload the service. We can remove names, reset scores, or close accounts that break these terms.
Pit Prophet is an independent fan game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by NASCAR, any race team, driver, track, sponsor or broadcaster. Driver names and car numbers are used only to describe real races. All trademarks belong to their owners.
We try to settle every call accurately and keep the game running, but Pit Prophet is provided "as is." Race Control's decisions on calls, including voids and corrections, are final. We may change or stop the game at any time.
To the extent the law allows, Pit Prophet and its makers aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the game. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
We may update these terms. If you keep playing after an update, you accept the new terms.
